By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.

Service

The Application provides recipe, cooking, and kitchen-related content for informational and practical use.

The Application is provided as an Ad Supported service and may depend on Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, OneSignal, device support, network connectivity, and other third-party services.

Recipe Content

Recipe information is provided for general cooking guidance. Users are responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, food safety, cooking times, and suitability for their own dietary needs.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, extraction of source code, translation into other languages, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is not permitted. Trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device because this may expose the device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

Third-Party Terms

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Internet Connection and Charges

The Application is provided as is and as available. The Service Provider works to keep the Application useful and reliable, but does not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the Application, reliance on its content or functionality, device issues, network problems, third-party services, or failure to keep your device charged and accessible.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
